fitness center by Sedlor Properties 

Fitness Center: Sun City has two Fitness Centers. The original one is located at 2 Texas Drive and the newest Fitness Center is located at 1433 Cool Spring Way.  Both facilities include mulitple swimming pools (indoor and out), exercise equipment for cardio and musculature development, aerobics studio and more. The Fitness Centers provide a great place to build strength, endurance and discipline through weight training, cardiovascular exercise and group exercise classes.

The Fitness Centers are available for use by all residents. A new member orientation is provided. 

Both Facilities offer a large variety of aerobics and fitness classes each week. Each new member is given a complimentary consultation with one our personal trainers, and each household receives two free passes to attend a class of their choice. COPS - Citizens on Patrol. Sun City is served by the Georgetown Police Department. Residents also volunteers and patrol Sun City ready to assist their neighbors.

HOA dues are currently $1,040 per year and cover the common area maintenance, access to the amenities and fitness centers and other community association comittments. It does not cover the cost to golf. Annual golf passes for the calendar year are available for purchase.
