Sun City offers three inviting courses - the classic Legacy Hills, the challenging White Wing Golf Clubs and the new Cowan Creek Course.  Each course is nestled among trees and wildflowers flowing seamlessly throughout the community. Georgetown Texas

Population: Approximately 50,000. The population has increase more than 60% since 2000. Georgetown is the county seat of Williamson County.  

Location:on the eastern edge of Central Texas Hill Country, 26 miles north of Austin off I-35. 40 miles south of Temple and equidistance from Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth.  

Altitude:ranges from 454 to 1265 feet in Williamson County. Sun City is approximately 750 to 860 Feet

Average Relative Humidity = 56%  

Health: Georgetown St. Davidshospital is a 98 bed general, acute care facility with surgical, diagnostic and emergency services. Scott and White Clinic at Sun City and internists and family practitioners. Georgetown is also home to a range of therapy and rehabilitation clinics as well as a cardiovascular center.
